Hello! I think I’ve ecountered a quest bug. I am in Draenor, in Spires of Arak and I’m trying to complete the storyline, but… I’m stuck on a quest, meaning I cannot see the next chapter. I did “Shadows Gather” and “Pinchwhistle Gearworks” chapters and I don’t see any quest that starts the next chapter. Please can you help me??
I was about to suggest leveling up your lvl 26 character to 30 in order to unlock Spires’ quests (both in default story mode and chromie time) but then I saw mention of lead-in quests from the Garrison which tells me you might have been playing with an entirely different character, because to my knowledge the Pinchwhistle series actually requires you to be level 30.
After exploring the quest tree structure on wowhead the confusing part is existence of one identical breadcrumb quest which has a lvl 20 requirement if picked up from Talador, but when offered from the Garrison it requires lvl 30 to pick it up.
Sorry I don’t have the the time or will to play detective and investigate further but I will assume you’re coming from Talador and the loophole somehow allowed a handful of quests to be completed earlier than intended but now won’t let you have more of it. Spend another 20 minutes leveling up elsewhere and and I believe that it should sort itself out.
At some point you certainly might need to finalize building an area-specific structure in a friendly outpost for all questlines to start showing.
