How I can make more taller?
Only Stairwell room can. But large Square room dont.

You should be able to switch to a vaulted roof, but that as tall as a standard room goes.
As mentioned you can only make the roof higher by going into edit mode and choose vaulted.
Another option might be to use the empty staircase room which is far higher but it’s also smaller.
