Retail WoW is fine. I’ve actually come to enjoy that because I don’t take it seriously or stress about gear and high-end raiding since Blizzard provide plenty to do apart from that.
Classic isn’t good though, it’s a pale immitation of what WoW so much fun in 2004-2006. If you’re not raiding in Classic at endgame you’re not really doing anything.
It really does suck that these issues have done damage to the authenticity of Classic but more importantly it’s integrity as a game.
It makes the things that people value in the game watered down such as gold, rare farmable items and most recently raid and dungeon gear via the new (but recently fixed) exploit in instance layering.

What Classic made they win on first day was about 7 percent more instantly on the stock market. I guess they gonna lose a lot back again now tho if they do not work for it
Refund a free game, good luck. The subs are mostly to pay the network infrastructure and support teams, asking a refund is like asking to fired people from those department.

What Blizzard use our sub money for is 100% not the players problem.
Players pay their sub so they can access the server and progress their character. Having almost a months subscription wasted due to a choice made by Blizzard, would certainly be Blizzards issue - not the players.
This is all hypothetical anyway as I do not believe blizzard are stupid enough to put themselves in that situation in the first place

I took a week off to play, I don’t get that time back, I certainly wouldn’t want to spend my life getting 60 on my mage twice.
It sucks that this happened, but these things happen, hopefully the punishment will be apt and the rest of the phases will be good.
