3 weeks ago I finally decided to do Siren Isle. It was first character on which i was ever to that location. I finished whole campaign, did weekly quests, today i even got meta achievement done so for sure i did everything there was to do. Problem is that there supposed to be npc called “Starving Snapdragon Runt” which should appear after i finished campaign on isle (which i did). It should offer 10 day quest chain which reward with mount of last day (“Prismatic Snapdragon”). Problem is that this npc is not showing up for me. I don’t know if that is bug, if something changed in how you unlock it or what. 99% of players already got it so it’s hard to find any information about it because everything is from time “when it worked”. But now it does not or something changed. Are you maybe able to help me in any kind?

I’m having the same issue with the Starving Snapdragon Runt not appearing despite having done all the pre-requisite quest lines. I have a small suspicion that this is due to my character being over level 80 but as I do not have an alt I can send to the Isle to check this I cannot be sure this is the issue. Would be good if someone could look in to this please.
You gave me the idea to log onto my lv 80 char and there the snapdragon was! After i did the first quest it also appeared on my lv 90 char.
