Dear Blizzard,
I have been using Battle net launcher and playing a variety of Blizzard games for a long while now. Just today I stumbled upon a problem, where I had to ‘Install’ a game that I already had installed, Hearthstone. Locate game didn’t work either, so I figured removing and reinstalling the Battle net launcher to solve it.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I can now not even install the Battlenet launcher, it keeps getting stuck on 50% (updating blizzard agent). I tried googling how to fix it and tried numerous things, like deleting all the battle net folders and such. Tried restarting pc, shutting off windows firewall. All without succes.
So here I am, can’t play any games whatsoever since they all run via the battle net launcher (WoW, Diablo 3 and Hearthstone).
My last hope is to reach out to this forum, hoping that any of you can provide me with a fix to install the Battle net launcher with succes.
