If I purchase 1 month of game time for £9.99 using my Blizz Balance, will my debit card subscription be paused for that month?
Or, do I need to cancel my debit card subscription, and then purchase game time?

If you add a paid month of Game Time via our shop whilst having an active Subscription, the next Subscription payment date would be delayed just as you imagined.
When you add a paid month, that will activate once your current Subscription ends, run it’s full duration, and then your Subscription will kick in again once the standalone game time ends without you needing to do anything
