Why are there no achievments corresponding to classic in retail. I mean, you could award players with an achi or even a unique title for defeating ragnaros, or doing the whole levelling process with the soul of iron buff up. This would incetivize players to play more aspects of the game.
There are achievments in the retail version for HoTS and Hearthstone, why not classic then?
The thing is, these achievements from other games in retail are more promotional than anything else, and they relate specifically to obtaining a mount you get from said promotion. Retail and classic are two separate games, and you might not have known but classic does not have achievements.
Anyway, when you say that it would incentivize players to play different aspects of the game, you’re already fundamentally misunderstanding the situation: these are two different games.
