I often use class trial characters to test the appearance of specific item sets and ability animations. I have to claim the first free transmogrification, then delete the character and create a new one to test multiple setups. It would be very helpful if the cost for transmogrification were to be waived for class trial characters.
This change would greatly improve our ability to experiment with different races and appearances without the extra cost. For instance, I’ve been trying to move away from my usual Human or Orc (Mag’har Orc) characters, and using class trials for testing has been instrumental for my decision making.
Another incentive for Blizzard would be that my testing has ended up with me either levelling a new character or simply paying for a race change. Either way, the result seems positive for Blizzard.
