TBC Classic Disenchanted items cannot be restored

Today I have accidentaly disenchanted my Panzar’Thar Breastplate, according to the item resotere page I should be able to restore the item as it was epic and i did keep the DE material. But it is not showing on the restoration webpage in any browser but i can see all the vendored items.
Is this a bug or the Item restoration page is promoting incorrect information and my chest armor is lost forever ? :frowning:

Remember you need the right mats in your bag to do it.

On a finer point. you did it by mistake not by accident.
