Please why, fix this. Annoying, why again? It was sometimes not applying VT (when DH in air, someone on mount and moving etc), but most of time it DID apply VT… now if someone in arena runs behind los while tentacle is applying dots, it does not apply VT. Ever. Annoying, boring, exhausting… cuz its happening over and over.
