Hello. Every now and then I experience screen tearing while playing wow classic. Looks like 0.2 sec lag every 10 seconds or so, making game unplayable.

Internet itself is fine.
The same happened with performing clear launch (default settings, no addons) procedure. Tried vertical sync on and off, tried triple buffering on and off, disabled xbox game bar, disabled nvidia experience recording, don’t overload memory with background programs and tried to launch wow in win8 compatibility.

With the files you created, I’m seeing a few programs running in the background which may be interfering with the game’s normal operation, including a some backup software and a VPN
I’d suggest closing background applications in order to rule out other software getting in the way
If it persists after that, please create a WinMTR log file, so that we can see if there are any spikes in latency on your line that might be causing this
