Something had to be done, I’m not sure this was the best answer, but it’s definitely worth a try to see how it works tbh. I think faction changes or some sort of system where you gained bonus honour depending on how long you queued for might of been a better solution.
A lot of Alliance players mad, but the good news for those moaning about being ganked in the open world is, with faster queues, Horde players won’t feel the need to roam questing areas to gank between queues.
Hopefully it’s implemented soon. I just want them to address the lack of paladin/shaman healing off-set honour gear next…

How is there no reason to play alliance anymore? bgs are just for the first 2 weeks of each season for offset etc then they are irrelevant so I dont get this argument unless youre saying alliance are only good in arena for 2 weeks?

That’s only because my plan for TBCC was casual bg pvp only (i did the pve / arena part many years ago but have no interest for this this time around).
So it is only a personal thing. The queue times killed that plan a bit.
Queue times for alliance wont be any different tho. Since hordes are always matched against alliance if there are any in queue

This is horrible for the game. Me and some of my friends decided end of classic to reroll alliance for TBC purely beacuse of BG queue times as we wanted to PVP more. We stopped maining our naxx geared horde chars and pretty much stopped playing them entirely.
I used my boost on alliance and started leveling and then pvping. Will we get that boost back? I have no interest in playing alliance if the queue times are the same as for horde which was the sole reason I rerolled.
Is this Retail TBC or Classic TBC? Nothing classic about this.

You dont get it. I dont want to play alliance if the horde queues are the same. I want my boost back and Ill go back to my horde character.

But if youve already leveled and got there specifically for fast queues which is so dumb thats youre problem not everyone who plays horde with 1 hour queues, because you boosted alliance doesnt mean they should just not fix it for people who didnt
