For couple season now, my goal has been to reach 2,5k M+ rating and 1,8k PvP rating to get all the unique seasonal mogs.

I’ve never struggeled with M+ much but PvP has been a massive headache because of Solo Shuffle.

  1. I’ve never liked the concept of Arena. I’ve always prefered Battlegrounds.
  2. There were only a handful of people who made worthwhile groups for Rated Battlegrounds. Due to my schedule, I could never play with them consistently.
  3. Arenas are way too intense for me. At higher ratings, when the game picks up the pace, I’ve had trouble keeping track of everyone, especially my allies (kind of a big deal when you’re healing).

Rated Blitz fixed all of these issues.

  1. Now I can reach 1,8k through my prefered game mode.
  2. I can reach it with a lot less stress. Even though there are intense moments in BGs, it is interlaced with calm moments when you’re changing position or waiting for ress in comparison to Solo Shuffle which is pedal to the metal from start to finish.
  3. I was finally able to get the Replicas of the Vanilla sets and weapons which were the last legacy PvP mogs I was missing.
