The Empty Cradle achievement (bugged)

Did anyone find a way to complete the emtpy cradle achievement? Basically after finishing The Listener quest the followups never happen.

What I know - the bug was caused by not completing all artifacts on one character. Sadly seems that finishing all on one character eventually didnt unlock anything.

Seems that after the recent ‘fix’ - when i finish the ‘missing’ artifact from any given char it’s just a repeatable quest that does not complete in the quest flag “true/false” and does not unlock the further achievement parts.

Currently bugged June of 2026, Gm not helping, put in multiple tickets and bug reports. If you finished the first artifact quest on one character, and the rest on another you complete the Legends Never Die Achievement, and your weekly quest turns “blue”. You will not proc the Quest storylines “A legend to know” or “the empty cradle”, quest just does not appear.

So…. The question is - is there any workaround or will we have to wait 4 months for the devs to finally fix it?

Devs messed up, spaghetti code, made harder by their “fix” using different Quests/quest IDs to redo the Relics weekly, as they become repeatable, but do not tick the necessary requirement for the NPC giving Empty Cradle quests to actually give it, like it would be if only one char would have unlocked all the relics week after week.
Most people, like me, are stuck not getting “A Legend to Know” from Aksem.
Our bad, never we should trust and do quests split among main/alts.

but this cant just stay like this - apparently you cant even level a fresh char to do it XD
