No, there may be no proof, but the quote you’re using can be interpreted as not necessarily mentioning the wholesale slaughter of a race.
“None have survived.” What exactly do you mean by that? Was there genocide or not? How can you prove that it was genocide, and not just a series of decisive victories which inflicted terrible causalities on their enemies?

All of those forces aren’t amenable to treaties and such.

I think it is more along the lines of “Alliance poster starts thread saying how the Horde is Evil” Horde posters respond with “Well, the Alliance has done some bad shiz themselves in the past?” -Whooosh!- a sudden influx of Alliance posters going “Err, no, Think you’ll find you play the evil faction and should feel bad about it” “Errrm, no, both Factions do bad things at times?” “NO! I am reporting you for suggesting the Alliance did bad things! That is toxicity and Obscene!” “Err…What? I was pointing out that both sides do bad things” “Exactly! You people always bang on about Taurajo” “Who brought Taurajo into this?” “I did! but it suits my narrative to think that you did! I’m going to mention The Purge of Dalaran as well!”

The Alliance killed children while the Horde never did on the screen, Rastakhan was MURDERED, and Jaina had no right to start the Purge of Dalaran.

How about both sides are just full of unreasonable ones?
It’s why I never seem to see any kind of proper debate discussion happening in the very forum that is meant to encourage discussion and debate. There’s always one, or two, ot a group that will always make a biased viewpoint whilst making no sympathy for the other side.
It’s why i’ve compared these forums to the British House of Commons during a hot day in the past. A real discussion is only possible if both sides are open and are willing to consider each other’s opinions on the matter. It is clear that these forums isn’t at all it.

I have no issue with that. God knows I myself am not always a model poster, but these kind of “90% of X faction people are like this” statements annoy me. Immensely.
Discrediting a huge chunk of the community is just…bleh.

And I was right. One of the serial offenders -just- posted here! A person who said they would report me for suggesting that the Alliance had done bad things -Ever-. No One called them out. Someone legitimately threatened to report me, for saying that the Alliance sometimes did bad stuff, whilst actually -directly- quoting racist speeches from our real world, and no one batted an eyelid.
Good show. That was pretty much the point. I wouldn’t say Rastakhan was Murdered, It was pretty logical, but sure, was killed whilst not during a state of direct War, so, yeah, I guess Murder applies.
I mean that is the point- Both- sides do bad stuff…
Thanks to you I started to have common ground with Arctur of all people. Are you happy now? gets out whip and starts slapping himself on the back.

Actually, this is exactly how this thread went.
Sereluna made some points and asked people to address them. Next to none did. People just started throwing accusations and ignored every single argument.
Then started dragging side-topics into the discussion, still ignoring the points.
This is exactly what I am talking about. You refuse to address his points because he once acted in a trollish manner.
And guess what, I disagreed with him back then too. But, obviously, that HIVEMIND of ours makes it impossible, doesn’t it!?
