More than anything, it’s just I can’t understand what everybody is complaining about when I’m not having the problem some people are whining about here, way less in MoP, where the bosses were all a breeze. And in both I’ve been doing TW with leveling alts or alts will zero corruptions and, at the very best, some useful trait plus the most basic essence. And the only reason people died for way for doing mechanics that aren’t even M+ difficult.

I just don’t think this kind of feedback does any good for the game, because if the problem isn’t found by some, it seems to stem more clearly from people steamrolling dungeons through habit of being severely overgeared, which makes it not a game desing problem, but some player’s problem.

And seeing how there has been cases of people trying to argue WoD was a good xpac just for pure spite, I definitely don’t think heated up players are the most rational in a forum.

considering i’ve played wod, yes but that’s not the point.

they hp of mobs are overtuned af. if at least they had some more interesting mechanics or w/e sure, but at this point they do nothing and you just throw dps at them. it’s exactly like hitting a target dummy.

i actually tried them out on this wl with some legion legendaries and despite my popping tyrants every 40 seconds and pushing 6k dps stuff lived for a long time.

this is exactly the type of feedback that’s required lmao they’ve messed up scaling in 7.3 too when leveling was such a pain.

i’ve done my fair share of tw, i’m at around 3k attempts at the drake and imo this is the worst it’s been.

tldr, stuff doesn’t have enough mechanics to justify it living for so long. it’s boring, tw was a lot more fun when it was quicker.

Actually its the Heroic version. On my Death Knight which i did them on, i had never touched WoD dungeons and i got the Normal and the Heroic achievement.

I just did one more as healer druid,even worse geared then my prist it was easier then on prist and group was even worse geared then the one on my prist.We got bloodmaul slag mines it was easy.I do think they should up the rewards for 120’s something like heroic nylotha loot and Echoes from runs.

@OP: are we talking leveling toons or level 120 toons?

Yet the OP is saying people are getting one shot and saying it’s overtuned.

even the big void elementals casting the void burst barely hurt the party

Now that i healed them on wide array of 120’s and on low geared dps ones i have to say i do not think they are overtuned or hard.
I was grouped alot of times with leveling people and guys who just dinged 120 so there power curve is 0 but on my pala(tank) and shmy(healer) that have bis tw items the runs where smooth if i was grouped with those type of geared people.
From what i can gather the biggest problem is people simply put do not respect the mechanics and just hope to tunnel vision the dungeon,i can not support that type of mentality.
Further more the only thing they might do is up the rewards for 120’s to go in and maybe even for the geared ones with something like Echoes.
We had a discusion in the lfg chat and guys still think that if you are leveling timewalking still offers the best time/reward(xp) ration than anything else in game.(islands,freehold spam)
This is more the case of make them brainless and further the gogo mentality.

The only thing that needs a nerff is the Rukhan quills abbility and Teron’gors dot’s.

They’re not overtuned, the problem is that you have massive power differences in the playerbase. People with the same ilvl can dish out massively different damage thanks to corruptions. I did some TW yesterday - most of them were easy, but 2 were hard as hell.

It’s not the tuning… but how do you tune dungeons for a population with such massive power differences? You can ding 120 and not even have 100k hp, meanwhile I have like 500k. There’s no tuning this.

well maybe if people didnt whine who fast they zerg them they would keep the difficulty on easy

but people who have nobusiness even going there whine so blizzard tuned up diffiuclty to appease top 5% who dont even do TW.

Yes, I think this is correct. I did one last night, a dungeon boss fight felt more like a raid boss fight in terms of length. Doing 5 of these is not worth it, and on alts? Forget it. I do it for the token then I’m out. They should allow gear progression through an expansion to help with these instead of nerfing everyone to the same exact ilevel. By the end of the expansion they should be easy, fun, quick - it will feel like progression, which is what the game is supposed to be about.

I highly doubt anyone complained about them being too easy.

I use tw to level my 110’s I can’t stand the bfa levelling experience and use tw to get around this. The problem I’m seeing with the current wod tw is the boss mechanics. Not alot of people know them for instance iron docks, the first boss Fleshrender Nok’gar is a cake walk all you do is zerg him and don’t stand in stuff nuff said.

The second boss however the Grimrail enforcers always cause an issue because no body knows that when Ahri’ok Dugru puts her shield up you stop attacking her. I’ve run this dungeon 4 times now (after a 25 minute wait pretty much each time) and whenever we get to the enforcers no one listens everyone tries to zerg them down and what happens? A 5 minute boss turns to a 20 minute boss and just ends with rage quitters and time wasted.

This is the issue wod dungeons run like every other tw dungeon the only difference is no one knows the mechanics and if they look at chat and listened to the advice then the dungeons would go smoothly.
