Tired of these false account BANS

well today i opened battlenet and was greeted with Account Banned
same happened 6 month ago and no matter how many tickets i submitted , no result
just some copy pasted responses by bots i assume , they told me i used some kind of cheats so i asked how did i cheat ? no answer , told them to check logs this was just a false ban for some random false reason
i told them again and again to check my logs cause i was confident i had done nothing against the EULA (i have read that many times …)
i just bought Midnight a month ago and i am banned now AGAIN !
in the email ban reason is money trade , i have not traded even a silver (i was just making some gold by using my prefessions to have enough gold for new subscription , how is this illegal ?), thats just ridiculous
im trying again with support to apeal this false ban but based on past dont think they gonna do anything …
I am a gamer for more than 10 years and i wasnt banned in any other game all this time , why would i start cheating or anything illegal in a preordered game that is not released yet and i just bought a month ago ?
Blizzard is the only company which bans its players for no reason hoping they would pay again and buy the game , well i did this mistake once but im done for until they apeal my false suspension
When is this gonna end ? Blizzard do you want your players to stop buying and playing ur games ? is this what u want ?

I know many people encountering this issue , i ask u to contribute to this topic , maybe some one hear our voice , This has to END !!

Ban discussions aren’t allowed on the forums.

Well, 14 hours later nobody of the ‘many people’ contributed. I know it’s hard to acknowledge, but perhaps it’s not as common as you think. People only go to the forums if they have a gripe after all, which isn’t the majority of people thank goodness.

You’ve already acknowledged they banned you for these previous reasons that you disagree with, disagreeing doesn’t make it “no reason”.

Reading what the rules are =/= knowing what proof they have over you.

When you appeal, they check over their evidence by a fresh GM again. It’s not a means of a discussion, they didn’t just skip the “log checking” phase so asking it doesn’t any difference either.

For security reasons, only the general category is given to ensure that cheaters cannot detect when and how they got tagged for any of these. You may take them to court if you’re so confident though, but no one has come back yet to me about that so I assume they must know something or failed.

When you receive an answer from the ban appeals, a human GM will answer you with one of these 4 templates as these are similar requests by many many appeals.

  1. Ban upheld
  2. Ban overturned
  3. Ban sent in for investigation
  4. Ban reduced

You’ve gotten the same template number 1. This is something the CS industry uses often (templates) and gets confused often by the buzzword “bots/AI” but it was already in use long long before the current advent of bots/AI tech.

My 2 pence tho, making gold through professions still require you to sell your professional goods. Receiving illegal gold is also considered a form of RMT.

On the contrary, upholding the rules equally is never going to end. They don’t need your money, after all, no amount of money is accepted to accept any form of cheating. By any game by the way.

You may appeal until they tell you to stop. It’s up to you to accept that or pursue other options.
