Just unequip your gear so it ends faster. That makes em happy. 
Either way yes. Again, gear should be equal or close to equalized in rated pvp.
I skipped S2 and S3.
What’s the deal with S2 gladiators?
S2 glad was the definition of charity glad. Rating was giga inflated and you get glad with one hand tied to the back.

s2 glad would have gotten u rival with % titles. Literally anyone who played 3v3 got it.
