mechagone is a problem, though i use the spareparts to make food, I still get to much of them at times, thing is had it been easier to get the epic ones, there would be no problem at all, yes you can craft them, but to expencive, if they would be easier to get, you would actualy have more things to craft, like the pets etc… and even if they would like sell 10g on ah, you would have something to do whit your parts.
They should have made something like a reagent bank for specific zones/expansions … I like the fact that we have reagent bank … If only we had some sort of seraching/sorting option that tells us where/when it was from …
Maybe i want too much , but i just don’t like being made a hoarder against my will …
But it also is a giant junkyard - so it makes sense that we get all those trash items there.
mechagon indeed is a problem, but at some point you can just stop doing mechagon unless you really want that essence badly or go there for the mobs that could drop a mount. Nazjatar is way more useful for gear and farming mats and even got a bit more questline while mechagon only got an tiny intro.
What i hate the most are some of the green items from nazjatar. Cant sell them and i just delete them when i get them. When farming snapdragons for the leather you often get a green fish you drop, wich does the same as the puntable marmot toy. You can only carry one of them, and if a second one drops you cant even loot it and because of that cant skin the snapdragon

Just auto loot and set elvui to sell gray items,ez and fast
Still better than GW2 which floods you with boxes and caches filled with trash.
Personally, I don’t understand why trash items even exist. The sole purpose of them is to be sold to a vendor. Why not just get additional gold instead?
Why would our characters even pick up something that’s useless? And why the hell would vendors pay literally millions of gold per month to all of us for them?
Buying a purple item from a legacy raid I can understand, but why buy literal trash? It makes no sense.
They only reason these items exist, imo, is to be an additional reward you can delete from your inventory to make space for something more valuable and rid yourself of your own reward. Grey items are a scam that needs to be removed.
However it is not just gray items, but various thing that are not gray but i still don’t need or want them …
For example i just want to kill the mob and loot quest item if it drops and go on my way , but it loots quest item + everything else … (I understand that i can loot only q item, but than the rest comes through mail …)
This usually is not a problem , but in Mechagon i feel ovewhelmed with trash and stuff i don’t want/need …
I understand that Mechagon is practically a huge junkyard and it makes sense lorewise that we have loads of junk (as someon stated above) … But i am still kinda annoyed by the fact that i have to clean up my invetory and mail after every play session in this zone … (Never had this problem before)
I don’t mind the trash, I find a lot of them have funny text on them.
And when I find grey gear I wear them if I think it looks good 
But yes, Legion and Bfa zones have a lot of trash items compared to other zones
