I just got drop for Touch of Undeath hidden artifact appearance, the blue one from withered army scenerio. Super happy with but then for some reason I can not transmog it and it has not unlocked in appearances?
Is this a bug?
EDIT : Never mind, must of been bug, had to log out and in again and now it works
