Trophy of Conquest remove?

Hi

If i made an PVP item with one of the Trophy of Conquest, is it possible to remove the Trophy of Conquest to put in another item? And what happens to the item if possible?

I think you might be able to recraft it using the honour trophy from the honour vendor. But I don’t think you can outright remove it.

Thanks, was not aware of that you could buy honor and conquest trophies, thought it was a one time deal type of thing. Thanks.
