UI bar problem (look at the pictures)

I want action bars like seen in picture 1 but the problem is whenever i reload elvui OR logout and log back in the bars reset to their form in picture 2.I tried WTF folders,disabling addons,looked at all the elvui settings but to no avail.What i want is for the bars to stay as seen in picture 1 without changing to picture 2 looks.Any possible fixes?

Are you running Masque? Looks like your bar skin is changing.
