Hello,
I tried website ticket system but it didn’t help.
I cannot add ANY payment method to my account.
I click Add New Payment Method
I select “Credit Card” as payment method
It asks me to select an address for Billing Information
I pick one there (tried creating a new one also)
I get " Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later."
I tried different combination browsers, connections, computers/tablets.
Nothing changes.
I “could” add the payment method by creating a new account by the way. Only on this account I am not allowed.
