hi, I purchased BFA on July 7.but it is still showing starts edition. I am unable to boost my character to LVL 110. I just don’t understand what is the problem. can you please check what the problem is.

You need to wait 24 hours before using the boost. This is just to ensure the payment clears correctly overnight, else you would end up with a locked character.

No they can’t because Shammoz is just a user like you are. They are not employed by Blizzard.
Usually in cases like this it means your payment has failed. If you go to your account management page, theres a section for “Order History”, do you see your recent order there?
If you want a definitive answer, you are going to have to make a ticket out, and speak to a GM.
