Unable to trade dungeon BoP items even when they are NOT upgrades and do NOT unlock new appearances

Hello,

I have an ongoing issue where I am unable to trade Bind on Pickup items in dungeons, even when all trading requirements are correctly met. This problem happens consistently across all of my characters.

Here are the details:

  • I am in the same group, same dungeon run, and same boss kill
  • The item is NOT an upgrade for my character
  • The item does NOT unlock a new transmog appearance
  • The 2-hour trade timer is active
  • Other players in the group can trade items normally
  • The issue happens on every character I play
  • All addons were disabled and tested
  • Full UI reset, relog, and Scan & Repair did not fix the issue

Two Game Masters have reviewed my account and confirmed:

  • There are no hidden restrictions or flags on my account
  • Trading rules were properly met
  • The issue appears to be unusual and likely requires developer investigation

This seems to be an account-wide bug affecting my ability to trade items that should normally be tradable.

One thing that you must be aware of: Cross-realm and cross-faction trade is only possible while in an instance.

So if you are trying to trade items in Dornogal, it will fail most of the time.

One more thing: in case of M0, which has lockouts, players might not be eligible for loot, once they have killed that particular boss.
