Hello. I just transferred from horde to ally. since I would like to have the unlock kul’tiren. but the only quest I can get is from a guard Herald which gives me BFA: tides of war. I then have to attend the war council but they are not there! I have a quest called an unwelcome advisor but anduin isn’t there either :(what the hell do I have to figure something out

no sorry… the harbor in SW dont have the boat to boralus. its seems like i need to unlock the harbor so that the boat to boralus is comming :S
