Idk about you, but i can open my bank app, and use “internet card” which is pretty much my card but it generates everything new and false just for purpose of internet purchases , new card number, expiracy date and ofc cvv code , once i copy all details and pay i simply quit my bank app( or it expires after 3 or 5 mins itself) and its not working anymore , nobody can take your money or do any hard to you via card info .
Also, if u use your card that way, to buy sub, once its over it simply wont recharge you again, because the info u provided doesnt exist anymore and they cant money from it .
Its good for bith safety and also for people that forgets about their subs xd
You prompted me to read it and what it is getting at is that you already have a current 6 month setup, so won’t get the current 6 month bundle because you already have that particular reward for this pack - hope that makes sense
It’s referring to the 2 ‘’ (stars) in this sentence which is explained at the bottom of the article

You will get the grrloc mount if you change to the 12 month sub from a 6 month sub, you will be charged for the 12 months straight away and a year will added to your next billing date.
You have until Jan 15th to decide though.
I am now subbed until 2024 but I have a really cute mount with unique animations that also has the added benefit of annoying negative nancy’s
I just hope the next sub mount after the lunar new year one is a giraffe or a hippo.
Suspect this is strategic to increase sales stats for active subs at DF launch.
There are more effective ways to do this, like just making a quality game. That steroid murloc mount would have made an amazing reward for a long quest line relating to that new murloc place. No imagination or passion gets put in anymore.
So I have just signed a 6 months subscription. Will the mounts be available in the shop or not? Cos you know, 130euro is quite a lot of money considering I have just paid for 6 months…
I truly recommend anyone thinking about paying for the 12month sub to wait until january ,the expansion will have launched and you prob know a bit better if you will play a lot in this coming expansion.
Aye - I have always done the 6 monthly pack, and my current sub doesn’t run out till Feb, so will wait till Jan and then decide if I want to commit or not … be the whale or not, hehe!
I’ve been on a constant 6 month sub for 6 years now and for me this offer doesn’t make a difference, however what bothers me is the fact they got rid of 1 month subs I believe and also don’t include an extra few % off for going 12 over 6 months.
To me it won’t make a difference, it’s the same price and more goodies but I feel bad for others who don’t want to commit to 12 months because they know they have periods of not playing whether that’s due to a job or any other IRL scenario.
They already know Doomed to Fail will fail to live up to the hype and is hoping people will sub for 12 months while it last only to back paddle once people are locked into the expansion for a year
This feels like such a moronic take. This offer is catered to those who sub for 6 months clearly, it being the same price and they even state “Get more!”.
People who sub for 6 months are not likely to cancel their sub anyway. These are most of the time the ones (like myself) who just keep doing 6 month subs and play regardless of how good or bad an expansion is.
