I looted my weekly vault as a DH devourer and i got a weapon but with no Intell on it, just agility and stamina…. WHY? is it normal ?
Depends, if you unlock the GV as Havoc DH it would generate a GV appropriate for that spec. There’s a loading bar if you do so which tells you what spec it will generate for too.
I nearly made the same mistake when generating Frost earlier when I meant for Fire but it wouldn’t have been as critical eh.
It looks like you got a pair of wrists on your DH from the Great Vault, Puzzlë, and not a weapon.
