Ve'nari locked items bug

I recently reached Tentative reputation with Ve’nari on my character (Shintira, not this one…), but can not purchase the items locked by the requirement of tentative or higher reputation.

I’ve been trying to report this bug for over an hour but I’m stuck in a loop of the webpage telling me to go via in-game, and in-game sending me to the webpage.

Hello Sovara,

Make sure you’ve logged in to the character that has the required reputation at least once since the change in order to pick it up and unlock the account-wide access.
