The proc chance of Flayer’s Mark was increased in the beginning of SL but they didn’t say by how much and the tooltip has not been updated. Doing a bit of testing on a Training Dummy I think it is now a 15% proc chance instead of 10%. Can anyone confirm or deny ?
Do you have the conduit that increases the proc by 5% though?
