Do you guys know if these boots for the Dashing Scoundrel Rogue set is still obtainable? It says the Invasion Points drops them but all I get from the invasion points are grey items.

They drop from World Bosses inside Greater Invasion Points. There is one active each week. You can only kill it once a week per character. Wowhead lists only 2 bosses that drop it (Inquisitor Meto and Matron Folnuna) but this data comes from people who use Wowhead addon and looted those boots so it might be inaccurate. Check ingame dungeon journal for Legion World Bosses to see their loot tables to see if others also drop it.
