Hello 
As the title states: When you use the engineering item “W-47CH D0G” (ID: 248409), you get the buff “Pausing Pylon 2.0” (ID: 1259647) which says “The expiration of Khaz Algar Flasks, Phials, and Well Fed effects have been halted. Inducing nausea.”
As far as I noticed, it does not work on Midnight Flasks so I seems to be more than just a tooltip error.
Hope this can be fixed soon.
