Hello,
I am stuck in The War Within campaign on the Isle of Dorn storyline. I can only continue it by starting Hallowfall but everything before is just not present.
My progression appears to be blocked at The Fourth Seat quest. I checked the quest completion states manually with macros, and the results show that earlier quests are completed, but The Fourth Seat is not completed. I only completed everything until Impossible Odds by myself. Others seem to be completed automatically.
The tested quest states are:

The Fourth Seat (78461) = false
At the same time, I have no active campaign quest, Moira Thaurissan does not offer anything, and Baelgrim is not present at the top of Foundation Hall. According to the quest flow, The Fourth Seat should involve using the Earthen Teleporter, regrouping with Baelgrim at the top of Foundation Hall, and then finding Adelgonn in Freywold Village.
I have already tried the following:

relogging and rechecking the area
This looks like a phasing or quest-state bug, because the campaign cannot continue and the required NPC for The Fourth Seat is missing.
Could you please review and reset or fix my campaign progression so I can continue The Fourth Seat and the Isle of Dorn campaign?
