Warbands updating your account

Im fairly certain that everyone who bought tww recently and didnt play before the prepatch has this issue. Guess all we can do is be happy if we’re able to log in this week and nothing will be done in our favor, we’re a drop in the ocean to blizz here and since we already spent our money and can’t even refund i wouldnt bet that this is taking up too many ppls time down at HQ

Purchase time of TWW is not a factor. I purchased TWW months ago. I only resubbed today. The issue happens when you try to login today(probably because maintenance introduced this bug) and you HADN’T converted your account to the warband feature yet.

Looks like the conversion feature is utterly broken after maintenance and we are now in this mess.

Not wise to ignore this problem, it means that whoever wants to play after the prepatch is screwed, so they arent getting subs from returning/new players anymore since they’re not able to play.

I do not work for blizzard, but your statement makes absolutely no sense. Of course this concerns blizzard deeply, since it seems to affect everyone who buys TWW from now on. Meaning that they can’t get any new players or any old returning players.

And I just told you that I’ve bought TWW months ago.

If it concerned them there would be a message by Blizz and a timeline for a fix.

yes, open ticket, choose category (payment/refunds or something like that)

I got an answer to my ticket which told me to do some basic troubleshooting tips and if that didn’t work to post here. This is when they’ve admitted in this thread that they know it is an ongoing issue. They also marked my ticket as answered after that stock reply.

Just open a ticket, put in order number, explain the issue, and request the refund.

The problem now is how to open a ticket. They make it so convoluted these days… It’s horrible… I’ll see what I can do. Thanks! :grin:

This is shameful that they are not addressing this properly after so many people experiencing this problem… I was so hyped to play, now I’m going to file for a refund…

Just did mine, no chance. They need to act or address this asap. I didn’t spend 60€+ to be in a waiting room :face_holding_back_tears:
