Exactly same here, bought yesterday, cant login since then.

Maybe they will. BTW they also should block purchasing or add a message into their shop about that. what is happening is not fair to the users
its so frustrated , come in to game after a year and i cant login , because of this error…

Only resubbed, did not buy the expansion, thank god. This kind of issue isnt making me want to buy it, I have limited time I can spend on games and will take my money elsewhere if this isnt solved soon.
I’m experiencing the same issue after installing the expansion today. First the ‘Updating to warbands’ message, followed by the WOW51900319 error.
Although, interestingly, I’ve just had a reply to my support ticket which says there are no known issues that would cause this and to check my connection settings. They then automatically closed the ticket.

It is kinda strange that people get different response. See the response to my ticket higher up. There they admitted to know about this issue.
I have the same issue.
I submitted a ticket and the first response was just a link to the troubleshooting URL
Although I already explained my issue in detail as well as all the steps taken to try and resolve the issue which included the steps from the troubleshooting site
Then after re-opening the ticket and after a couple of hours I got another response on my ticket, stating exactly the same as the first response and then they closed the ticket.
This is completely absurd and unacceptable.
I can understand that there are issues, but keep us informed on the status and acknowledge our complaints, dont send a generic copy pasta response…
yeah, it effectively suggests the customer support is not up to speed even with this forum …

Yeah, I quite agree! This is completely bonkers.
They appear to have acknowledged an issue in the blue post above, but their own support team are telling most people it is a problem with their connection, and others that there are no known issues.
What is going on over at Blizz customer support? It seems like a massive breakdown in communication and a complete indifference to actually helping.

I just got the expansion today and 1 month gametime. I have the same issues and my ticket was closed as “Resolved” with the same reply with either trying to reinstall the game and all that non-sense. What can I say, the customer support on Blizzard has gone downhill since a while now, but never seen it this low!
