Warbands updating your account

even on my moblie the battlenet keeps saying connecting and just dont pass from that…

well i just came back today and trying to login on my stuff cause of the authenticator but everything seems not working like the game itself. but to buy the game and sub there was no problem ofc

If you ask me the problem seems to be specifically the warband feature. Updating an account which has not previously used it. Other people can log in fine. So only excisting accounts who have not used warbands before are stuck. Is there an out of game way to update once account to the warband feature? Like the app for example?

Sadly not, but Blizz said they are working on it, but there doesnt seem to be a fix or work around they stated

How about you give us an answer about how you will compensate people for wasting anywhere from 1 to 18 hours so far of their gametime that they PAID you for?

When there is a maintenance or a problem that’s affecting everyone, that’s fine, but my partner and I bought war within today, and she can’t log in because of the warband error. I logged in and set my warband up previously so it seems like it only affects people who have logged in today/yesterday for the first time since it was implemented.

Get a fix, give a 1 day refund of gametime to the people who are affected, this is supposed to be the oh so hyped ‘‘20th anniversary’’ campaign and everyone is meant to ‘‘play together’’, but here are so many people being stuck.

Shame on blizzard for their lack of transparency and you have GMs giving legit ridiculous responses to people that do not make sense. My partner was told that she can ‘‘login’’ 4 hours ago by a GM because the issue was fixed. 4 hours later, guess what? She still can’t login.

a friend of mine (who can play) tried to log in another friends account(inactive for years) and it worked. mine was inactive for like 6months and i have the issue

This does not really indicate anything, i gave my login details to a friend who can play atm and when he tried to log in he got the same issue. this is 100% an issue on Blizzard side, more specific only with the EU servers. Nothing we can do except cry about it on this forum and wait unfortunately

I faced this problem also unfortinetly… Bought today a game since its my last day of holidays. I thought I will just relax and find my love to warcraft world again. Sadly I managed to get back my memory from every begining of expansion that game and the servers was downed for many hours… or logging in was queqe for 5-6h to get into.

The only thing I wish to since im working as a service desk manager, to get any information what is the status of fix, and what is the expected time that team for sure has declared. Even if it’s 2-3 days It’s better to be honest with the people.

Gently please for any update.

we should all start refunding today’s purchase and the subscription. That will help them understand how deep the problem is…

ive done it already, why pay for nothing?

Just letting blizzard now I have the problem too. returning player, only bought TWW, no game time bought yet, wanted to test before buying game time / subscription. Have tried all the stuff you can find as did the others in this thread. hope for an update soon

The fun fact about that is that my partner tried to get a refund but the customer service is ignoring that and just keeps telling her that she can now ‘‘log in and enjoy the war within!’’ when she cannot lol.

They told me it’s my ISP fault… even though it still doesn’t work on my friends network who’s game runs fine… absolutely fuming right now.

Could we please get another update?
