It probably does, for its US players.
For EU we rarely get support. Why do you think there hasnāt even been a common issues message, yet US players complaining of basic bugs e.g. with an item appearance get a message posted on the common issues thread.

According to their Blizzard Refund Policy refunds for both TWW and Subscription shouldnt be a problem cause we cannot play TWW and get usage of the Subscription since buying bothā¦ fingers crossed.
Where can I refund the game time? I donāt think I found a place to do that?

Just purchased War within to play with my friends, logged in and it gets stuck on updating my account for warbands and then disconnects me.
Sucks as iād been doubting rejoining WoW for months but was finally convinved to join back and not iām met with this issue.
Not a great start haha
