You can try deleting the cache folders.
Mine is only 66GB, so you definitely have cruft that could be removed. Should not be 81GB, even if you have a tonne of addons.
I just checked and mine is 64gb, removing the cache didn’t change much and the addons and WTF folder are only about 500meg. My WTF folder has been copied back and forth since WoD, that’s probably why it’s so large.
You could try removing the Interface and WTF folder to the desktop and trying a scan repair.
Yeah, mine is only 64GB. Something is definitely weird if this guy has an extra 20GB in there.
