I’ve never played the Warcraft games, but I would definitely buy them and play them if they come out on consoles.
Anyone else with the same thought?

Sure at some point they will but not right now especially when GTA 6 is coming. It will be a bad move for blizzard.
Console is getting PC mode.
That’s how Warcraft would be able to be played on it.
However controllers support long exists already so nothing new there really. I hope it runs better than trying to play Palia on Switch.
As long as you mark them somehow, so they can be avoided when building a raid/m+ group.
I thinking why you didn’t use search.
Playing on a handheld PC with a controller (Steam Deck), what are you going to do about it hmmm!?
Consoles are becoming more a PC clone now, so yes, you will get it sooner or later.
Can someone explain to me how you’d even map a controller to play an RTS
Will someone please think of the control groups
Ask the people playing Command & Conquer and WarCraft since PlayStation 1, StarCraft on Nintendo 64, and a bunch of other RTS on PlayStation and XBox
RTS have been on consoles for a long time.
Where there is a will, there is a way.And when that day comes, wow will be n01 mmorpg on consoles too if they play it right.Eyes on GW3 too tho.
They’ve been PCs all along, just more limited in OS. Literally every console modder could have told you.
Xbox for example runs on DirectX and Windows NT Kernels (started with Windows 2000 release). Playstation runs on Bios and Orbis OS (PS4 and onwards).
I’d imagine you can attach a mouse and keyboard on the console or adapter of some sorts![]()
You can map 56 keys/function on a gamepad using ConsolePort - ‘nuff said
This has been done to death.
Next generation of consoles, especially Xbox, will be hybrid PC’s, or if you want…
PC’s with console abilities.
As for this ridiculous dream the PC Master Brigade have of “HAHAHAHAHA CONSOLES AND KEYBOARD/MICE WILL NEVER WORK! HAHAHAHAHA!”
Ahem.
SEGA Dreamcast would like a word.
SEGA brought out both a mouse and a keyboard peripheral for the release of Hidden and Dangerous. They marketed it even more when Quake 3 Arena was released on Dreamcast and had crossplay ability with PC owners. (Another SEGA innovation, cross platform simultaneous play)
Extremely likely if not a given that the console hybrid will likely come with both controllers and keyboards and mice.
The PC “Master race” may now sob uncontrollably into their insecurity blankie.
“They’re taking… sniffles my games sniffles away from my special place..”
Yeah because no one remembers Command and Conquer on the PS1.
Souldefiler. Played virtually every single gaming machine since 1980 and so many games he couldn’t possibly name them all, and was bored to tears of SEGA V Nintendo… Nintendo vs PS… SEGA vs PS… Xbox Black brick vs PS2… PC vs everyone
