Warfront Requirements - Clarification

So, I just finished the Kul Tiras Questline and wanted to try the Warfront, however, I can't seem to have the correct requirements to do so.
My item level is above 320, I have Honoured with the 3 Kul Tiran factions, I've finished the "Uniting Kul Tiras" and I still can't seem to get the quest from Ralston Karn. Do I need to finish the war campaign or am I missing something else?

My alt is below ilvl 300, haven't touched war campaign and did only quests in one zone and has the quest available, but can't queue up. Check in your questlog maybe you already go the quest accidently.

you don't need the quest to get in(use the table the guy is standing at)

somebody can share the quest to you when inside the warfront if you can't get it for whatever reason

Nope, I guess i just didn't get the quest.

No need to do that. I got the quest on my alt and I don't have anything. There's a quest on the boat you have to do first though. It sends you to Arathi to see the place. It's really fast, only a couple of minutes and it uunlocks the warfront. I don't remember it's name though.

probably if you alreeady unlocked on ur main...
