I think more classes should be able to use warglaives - Night elves use warglaives all the time, trolls use them too (shadow hunters), so you cant really argue that DH are the only class that should use them.
I can understand locking Warglaives of Azzinoth to DH only, same as locking any legendary for a specific class. But warglaives in general shouldnt be locked in my opinion.

I think that all classes that can equip original Warglaives of Azzinoth should be able to use Waglaive type weapons.

They should be for DH, warriors, shamans, rogues and monks. Maybe also hunters.
