You made every class be able to do damage with instant spells and no hard cast. Why leave warlock out on this?
Destro chaos bolts dont do any damage, take long to cast, can lock you out from all schools and on top of that is slowest projectile in the game, giving anyone 2 seconds to use meld/fade/feint/etc if the game didnt end already. Just give destro a bunch of procs that make chaos bolts instant cast for majority of the rotation.
You already started a bit with Affliction, with instant cast procs for UA, shadow bolts. But still, not enough procs, comparing to all other caster classes that literally NEVER have to cast to do any damage. Just do it already!
if its no-cast meta, dont leave warlock behind. Is it because you hate us so much? us warlock players? What discrimination. Sickening.,
My honest opinion here is that Blizzard failed with OTHER CASTERS not warlock here…
Mages should cast but they don’t, shadow priests should cast but mostly instant abilitys, warlock is really the only caster dps that actually deserves the name caster… mage is now just a flashy MM hunter
Honestly i don’t want to see warlocks become another non caster.. but I think blizzard should really look into mage/priest/balance druid and ask them selves where they want this to go…
The real shame with how casters have changed is how it impacts pvp. mages doing full burst rotation without a single cast is kinda dumb but blizzard shafting pvp into a dog sport isn’t anything new, PvP in retail wow is just awful, like really the game looks like a spaghetti of clashing spell effects in battle grounds. years ago you could visually understand what you was seeing but I doubt that is true without addons for most now (inclusing myself and I’ve played for 20 years)
