Hello everyone, i have a problem and i hope someone can help me and adopt me 
My working schedule is VERY inconsistent and i cannot attend 100% raid times at most guilds, so im looking for a friendly guild that will allow me to attend raids, when im free and be ok with that. I like to do m+ most of my time, but really want to do a heroic raid whenever its possible ^^
