No not really, I do like Warhammer but Warcraft has it’s own type of orc. Just like Tolkien has his type of orc. It’s just that Ogres in Warcraft feel so unique and special as well. I know they’re dumb brutes which isn’t something new. But the two head thing and their origin on Dreanor feels so Warcraft to me that it feels wrong that they’re left out.

Blizzard hasn’t figured out the female model yet which is why we don’t see it so far. I am sure we will be able to play them once this issue is sorted out- Well that and the fact they are very tall and need to be able to wear player gear.

My guess is that nowadays people only want ‘pretty races’, or atleast with a ‘pretty’ female version. But Ogres obviously don’t have that. So Blizzard thinks the development to make them is too risky for the business and not worth their money

we have Kul Tiran humans and Orcs being ugly means nothing.

I think the reason is simple. Blizzard got lazy.
The most ammount of money with the least ammount of work is the goal.

Releasing Earthern for alliance meant creating a new race for horde. And they didnt want to do that.

Same with Dracthyr.
