It is quite a thing making all these statements about M+ players, while you never have runned 1 M+ ever.
I would call you more toxic than any M+ player with that attitude.
If I did want to do group content again it would be raidingā¦ the real contentā¦ I donāt like dungeonsā¦
Well maybe stop crying about everything? Every other post is M+ players lolā¦
I donāt need to do the content to know what the players are likeā¦ it was trash 20 years ago with gearscore since Blizzard didnāt curb it, its got worst small ego ppl trying to gatekeepā¦ heck even trying out dungeons in hc is bad lolā¦ But go on tell me how good the player base isā¦ maybe in your discord groupā¦ but in game yeah no lol.
I am not crying about anything. But when M+ isnt you content, you can also just not read topics about it. And maybe do not make any statements about the content. You know nothing about it.
Bit hard when they QQ about the content I doā¦
remove delves as they taking away lower M+ playersā¦ well no players that had to put up with you now donātā¦
Delves shouldnāt reward champion gearā¦ and M+ shouldnāt reward M raid gear and here we areā¦ Even though its really Champ>hero>M is the only real teirs so no matter how you look at it delves reward the lowest teirā¦
Wah my content is to hardā¦ I though thatās what M+ players wanted?
Wah I donāt get enough crests.
Wah I donāt get enough gearā¦
If I missed anything my apologies
O so you take the first 4 other ppl who want to do keys? or do you sit and look at rio before taking pplā¦ I know the WoW playerbase I donāt need to interact with them anymore lolā¦
I didnt think about that i need a rethink
Well that would be nice wouldnāt it? Completely different can of worms so letās not get into that!
My previous thinking relies on secondary stats being tuned better to actually be less important. I really donāt like the fact that some classes like warlock or dk need so much haste in order to achieve basic function. This forces us to have to look for very specific gear, which bothers me more personally. So we have these giant loot tables because every class needs to be catered for in such a mathematical way.
I get it going for a hunt for a special legendary item, or higher quality item with unique flavour (so far all these come from raid, would be nice to see some of these as M+ exclusive)
And if this is not the case at least give us the option to permanently exclude certain items from these giant loot tablesā¦ These crit verse wrists that keep showing up every week are trash for 3 of my specs. If the loot table is going to have some kind crazy number 5x14 (70 items total), and Iām supposed to have 14 specific ones for optimal performance, and the vault is this random lottery
I like the suggestion, I play a single character and have always found it difficult maintaining multiple alts on the go. This might be the one thing that would finally allow to play more than one character. Call me pessimist but Iām not sure blizzard would ever do something like that outside of special final seasons (and quite honestly Iām not sure why, as itās evidently a good solution).
I try to play ball on their court, if theyāre going to keep their rng fuelled nonsense, at least make our lives simpler by making the numbers simpler.
If they want there to be high levels of numerically customisable performance then we need new, deterministic loot systems for sure.
M+ didnāt exist 20 years ago. Gearscore is literally just item level, how can you be upset about that?!
You donāt do any content and your opinion on it means nothing. You have no skin in the game.
youāre all over the place lol. People with small egos gatekeep huh? I think you need to ease up on the grape juice, at least during the day ^^
so you only do delves xD?
raiding is a chore and is not fun, why force players to do content they dont enjoy?
Just a couple of players. So you come here trying to get bait responses by just being annoying and trying to offend every M+ player because just a couple of players say something about delves.
Again shows who is the toxic one.
I hope you do not try M+ indeed. We do not need people like you.
The same could be said for m+ā¦
ThatĀ“s th issue with both, as a result of the way teh game is designed (and not necessaily with any malicious intent), the BiS gear that so many errantly deem essential to clear even teh lowest versions of it always has some amount of crossover, esp with like weapons /jewelry and cantrip items such as trinkets. Contrary to popular belief that the yporposefully put peopleĀ“s BiS trinkets in the āotherā mode, rather they generally design the trinkets around a theme and put them in the content theyĀ“re supposed to fit (For ex spymasters web from Court, Ara Kara sacbrood from Ara, Void whatever from Kyveza, Canslestick Confidant from delves) during Alpha and Beta, and in teh case of rebooted M+ inis, X years ago in a completely different expansion. ItĀ“s generally primarily the later adjustments to tuning and class balance that then actually make them BiSā¦ For ex my 2nd BiS Singletarget Trinket changed IIRC 4 or 5 times in just the first 4 weeks of the season, SpymasterĀ“s web being the only constantā¦ one week the other was sacbrood, then candlestick, then changeling, and now for the last month or so itĀ“s been transmitterā¦
Ergo the only real way to fully segregate the 2 while still being allowed to tune classes, which would however potentially be massively detrimental to both modes, would be to deactivate M+ items in raid and vice versa.
Unfortunately, this also eliminbates any chance for easy crossover for those that do in fact enjoy both (which, contrary to propular belief on both sides, are probably in reality the majority overall), as well as making gearing even more of a chore for both in the early season, where I think itĀ“s safe to assume that most PvE players have a similar routine of running M0 and Low M+ to gear for the raid, then clear the raid, and then run higher m+ for upgrades, rinse and repeat, for the first few weeks.
The point was its not only accessible to the ātryhard nolifersā.
getting 20 people and spending hours on a raid isnt for everybody.
Where did I say it was? Iām not sure why youāre directing these non sequiturs at me?
See I thought that when delves were announced as an endgame pillar that goes alongside m+ and raiding I assumed it ment gear/difficulty/scaling would go up to or close to that of m+/raiding. I wasnt thinking they meant it was a stepping stone into these for some and its own endgame pillar for those that didnt want/need to max their character.
I completely misread the room on that one, but tbf, i think if they did do that, It would have taken the edge out of mythic raids & m+. I think the gear crossover crests thing is the only issue i see in its current interation. But they would need to ramp up delve difficulty to match the rewards, which is what i thought they were going to do
Yeah, same. I was hoping super hard solo only content. That gave Myth track once per week. It would fix the M+ issue as you could delve and m+ for 2 myth per week
