Weird issue with macro and SP's Voidform ability

Want to do a very basic macro;

/cast [mod:shift] Dominate Mind; Voidform

But doing so the Voidform in the macro doesn’t switch over to Void Volley while in form… shows the cooldown of Voidform. Can only use Void Volley unmacro’d from the spellbook directly.

What gives?

Edit – found a workaround;

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift] Dominate Mind; Voidform
/use Void Volley

Just it doesn’t show the Void Volley in icon/tooltip, still shows the Voidform’s cd.
