what translater u use, i keep seeing people confusing addon and expansion lately…
New BG, and Ion was talking in an interview recently about how they’ve acknowledged that BGs have been neglected for so many years, even though it’s one of the most played pieces of content for the casual PvPer. He said something about trying to rectify that in TWW, and it’s one of their priorities to change that in TWW. With the full implementation of the BG blitz I am cautiously optimistic.

Some more variety would always be very welcome. To think it’s 20 years now, pretty much and we’re still mainly rolling in the same BG’s they gave us in the beginning for a lot of the time, whereas the list of raids and dungeons is endless.
Even just different maps with the same modes like AB or WSG would be better than just nothing at all, and I do include Seething Shore as nothing at all cos it’s just a thief of 15 minutes or so of everybody’s time when it pops.
Pretty sure it would only take a matter of hours to design a few new maps that play AB or WSG style, at least giving players a change of scenery.
What he says in that clip sounds promising at least so hope they can live up to it.
For me, SOTA coming back would say that with a rework it would be fun nowadays.
