Which there was nothing except some vendors and the portals to all the main cities 
What more would you like there to be? It was simple and efficient. + it wasn’t a Sanctuary and you could attack the enemy faction Shrine.
First impressions:
Way more interesting than Oribos!
They tried the circular hub approach with Oribos but designed it the wrong way around.
In Oribos the central ring was just a constant obstacle and was annoying.
And no matter where you went upstairs, the flight master was always on the opposite side to you.
Valdrakken is the inverse of Oribos - and it literally couldn’t be designed any better.
You can see they learnt the lesson and inverted the approach this time.
In Valdrakken you are always equally close to everything you need.
And it is also centralised on the continent making travel optimal.
Oh - and the music pumps.
Valdrakken is a 10/10 hub
I do like it. Quite a nice aesthetic compared to Oribos for sure. My favorite two would probably be the ones from BFA - Boralus when really thinking about everything and Dazar’alor when thinking about the aesthetical side of things.
It’s a good city so far. Could’ve done with the Org/SW portals being somewhere more convenient but minor complaint.
Better than the last few we’ve got.
Still worse than shrine or ashran though.
