Not to mention also, Saurfang also opened both Faction’s eyes to realize the trouble troubles that are happening. Azeroth is their home, its in danger of being in the hands of a Old God, we need to save our home!
So both factions call it truce so they can save their home!
So it should be a important thing that they should all make sure that Azeroth is saved from any dangers that would threaten her.
And its not like The Alliance is the only faction who has a grudge with Sylvannas. The Horde wants her too to pay for her crimes and betrayal, especially with working with a being that is plotting to destroy the afterlife.
Well yeah thats what i just said the population of the game would be dying out with the faction barrier gone
Well yeah obviously its mainly that they was brough from the wc games when it turned to a mmo wich is understandable but it was also with the factions as a game like world of warcraft would just be weird if the enemies from wc3 know all of the sudden would be all friendly when brought to a mmo.
No it would not look less messed up it be more messed up.
AQctually you are wrong there as i didnt need anything from them i never bothered doing the rep on mechagnome island so your statement about everyone helped the mechagnome is inaccurate.
No its not its keeping it to not be messed up cause it be way more messed up if you all of the sudden would be all friendly with someone who killed alot of your people and be “oh whatever its fine that you slaughtered the people in my town” so i wouldnt say it contradicts in any way at all exept from the part of blood elves still being allowed in the horde
No it wouldnt and i remmeber far more times the alliance stabbing us in the backs at first chance given rather than helping.
while i generaly se Garrosh as a lunatic and madman and dont agree with the things he did on bombing theramore i actually takes his side.
Yeah but its only you and a handfull of people out there that think thats for the best so luckily that will never happen. But i wouldnt have anything against a 3rd faction as then the hordes problem with blood elves would finally be solved by throwing them out
Because of other factors such as the game not being as fun to play as other games. Not because half the player base can suddenly do what NPCs gets to do all the time, which is teaming up with characters of whatever race.
Yet it’s not weird that a somewhat xenophobic faction of Night Elves pretty much surrendered their sovereignty to a foreign faction they had no prior relations to. It’s not weird that human factions can’t conspire with orcs such as Alterac did in WC2, or Thrall and Jaina did in WC3.
It’s not weird that the game is littered with peaceful interactions between races that are otherwise forced into hostility for players and players only.
WoW is an MMO, where are are playing individuals, individuals that ends up helping all manner of creatures. We are not a single minded collective such as the borg or zerg.
I definitely remember that not happening. Nations who warred on each other enthusiastically for centuries -not- putting aside their differences and allying against threats to both. That totally has never happened, Nope…
You’re obsessed, aren’t you? It’s actually become an obsession for you. It…well, its a bit weird, to be frank with you. I mean you’re wrong, and no matter how many times you get told that, you still screech about non existent proof that you have never shown, but you are wrong.
It’s a bit more twisted than that.
Sadly Garrosh -was- always supposed to be that way. Alex Afrasiabi admitted he had “Went off message” with the Stonetalon quests, and that Garrosh as he was supposed to be shown, simply would not have given a damn about those night elves, and certainly would not have ‘Sparta kicked’ his general off a bluff for doing it. He’d probably have fistbumped him and said “Nice one”. The Twilight Hammer and reason for the Mak’gora you’re spot on about, and pfft, Theramore, a Military target sending troops to invade the Barrens? Bomb the heck out of it, it makes sense…
Yeah? because seeing 20+ hordes with 2 alliance max even on dead servers (from my experiences) because of CRZ usual BS. After the 1000th time, is just as fun right? -.-
Just remove CRS bs already and this thing will no longer be constantly out of control imbalanced every time you go outside an faction capital.
Last time when I was reading this thread people were arguing on taking Blood Elves from zugzugs and making them Alliance, I hope people make more sense currently after a month?
It happen in some areas in expansions against a bigger threat or in areas that dont belong to neither horde or alliance so they didnt have a say about it. So no it never happen as it was just temporary and not abandoning the whole diffrence form their past genius…
No im not obessed unlike you who keep refusing to accept when you get proven wrong. No im not wrong and i have proven it several times but since you act like a child instead of reading what people respond to you thats no news that you are as foolish as ever…
Clearly you dont understand the meaning of the word obesses
90% of the Alliance casual playerbase that do pvp are extremly toxic, more then League toxic ( i never thought that could be surpassed).
That imo is another deterent for some1 who plays wow, knowing that a faction is bad and toxic at an aspect of the game.
What difference in suspense and engagement would it make, in game, if people could party up with whatever player they walked past?
Nothing, there would be no difference, only that you could actually interact properly with more players than with the restrictions.
Tell me… How did this expansion start? How did Legion start? How did TBC start? And how have every expansion ended?
With cooperation between the factions.
I want to give players freedom to chose, freedom to build their characters in the world, freedom to build their story, freedom to play with friends without being locked out for wanting to play a “wrong” race.
That is far from a “single minded desire to destroy this game.”
And wow is far from a “pvp” game. PvP is accessory, it is not a core featrure as seen with the near total lack of pvp rewards outside of battlegrounds. PvP only exists in wow because it seemed like a nifty thing like open world ffa pvp found in other older MMOs. Only that the very faction system ended up being a catastrophe for everyone on PvP servers due to never ending stream of griefers and population disparencies ensuring that almost no server would have a balanced player population thus ending up either Alliance or Horde only.
