i really liked wotlk. the themes, dungeons, questing and music were all enjoyable
MoP was good as well but not as good because i personally dont like the super heavy chinese theme.
WoD had alot of flaws but was also pretty fun for questing, but it got stomped into the ground with all the scrapped content. It was fun until the whole fel green theme of tanaan
The worst expansions were cata and legion by far though
